These services are provided on a monthly basis, and we aim to deliver results over time through ongoing strategies and updates.

2. Payment Terms

• Monthly Billing: Our services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due on the 1st of each month (or another agreed-upon date), and this covers the services to be provided during that month. Work will begin only after the monthly payment has been received.
• Initial Setup Fee (if applicable): For certain services that require significant upfront work (e.g., website audits, and initial SEO setup), a one-time setup fee may be charged in addition to the monthly rate. This will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the service.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods. All payments must be made in full by the due date specified in the invoice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, you must provide us with 30 days’ notice. This ensures a smooth transition, allowing us to complete any ongoing work and make necessary adjustments.
• No Refunds for Current Month: Once payment has been made for the month, that month’s services are considered in progress. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, as work begins immediately upon receiving payment.
• Future Cancellations: You may cancel future months, but the notice period must be respected. If you cancel after the 1st of the month, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can deliver the best possible results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for performing our services.
• Respond promptly to any requests for information, approvals, or materials.
• Understand that results from services like SEO and social media marketing take time to materialize and are influenced by various factors (market trends, competition, etc.).

5. Service Delivery and Timeline

We are committed to providing high-quality services. However, certain factors may affect the speed and effectiveness of our work:

• SEO Results: SEO is a long-term strategy, and while we will strive to improve your rankings as quickly as possible, results typically take several months to become noticeable.
• Content Delivery: We will deliver content (blogs, articles, etc.) according to the agreed-upon schedule. You will have the opportunity to review and request revisions within a reasonable timeframe.
• Social Media: Social media growth and engagement vary based on the market, target audience, and the frequency of posts. We will create a strategy aimed at maximizing your brand’s potential.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by us for you, including blogs, articles, social media posts, web designs, etc, is considered your intellectual property once payment has been made in full. However, we reserve the right to showcase examples of our work in our portfolio, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results, such as rankings or follower growth, as these depend on various external factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions as our business evolves or in response to changes in the law. Any changes will be posted here, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
